Checked out Camio today.  Was pretty neat to find out that Paul Revere was also a silver smith who made teaspoons and a sugar bowl with lid.  The Sioux have made all kins of things beadworks, paintings and carvings.  I looked up the artist Johan Dahl, his painting Coast of Capri, 1822, which is an oil on canvas is displayed in the Carnegie Museum. I think this would be a neat site for showing kids different types of artwork.  I think Art Teachers would find it a great resource.

  1. We think CAMIO is great for art and history--showing scenes (and items) from the times. Thanks for giving it a look.
