For the patron looking for a new career but who has no high school diploma.  I think I would show him the GED area so he could take the practice test. After the test he would know which area's he needed more work on and could find more course guides and preparation  e-books to help him prepare for the real test in the area's he may be having trouble in. After that I think looking at the Career Guidance e-books would be a good way for him to check out a career he may be interested in.

I guess I would direct her to the job skills section of Express Learning.  If she needs updating in writing, public speaking or another skill this would be a good place to read up on them and take practice tests.  I would also see if she wanted to check out the resume help section so she could update her resume and even check out the interview help section.

First I would have him go to the jobs and careers section and look under the nursing section for career guidance e-books. He can find info on what it takes to be a nurse or pharmacist as well as other careers in the medical field.  He could also take the practice test just to see what they involve.  If he went to the career search section he could search for more info on what he wants out of a career in nursing.
